Situation
This client sought us out to convert their existing bathroom into a modern and attractive kitchen. The back door and floorboards were rotting and in need of replacement. As with many older homes, the floor was not level and the space was restricted, with very limited storage.
Solution
This room was in need of a major restoration involving everything from re-pilling the floor, replacing floorboards and removing a wall through to creating customised bi-fold windows. With a view to make the most of the available space, the kitchen was designed with simplicity and functionality in mind.
Result
A stunningly simple, modern kitchen that is now the centre and heart of the home with plentiful storage. The room now has a seamless flow from dining room to the deck – perfect for entertaining.
